He also obtains Msc in Marine survey from Middlesex University London. Hail from Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State of Nigeria. Who is a graduate of institute of oceanography and marine research and also Maritime Academy of Nigeria (Oron) where he obtain his master in navigation, studied at international institute of marine surveyors, the national sea training center united kingdom, and also Lloyds Maritime Academy London as marine surveyor, accredited specialist in marine environmental surveying, surveying of super yachts, Liquid Cargo surveying ect. At shore, he also worked as port captain, general manager, Managing Director. Presently, he is a non-exclusive surveyor/consultant with NIMASA and he is a classification surveyor, safety and pollution prevention. A fellow of the institute of management consultant and a certified management consultant. Qualified instructors and designated examiners for seafarers (STCW).
